Both my wife and I joined Care Together in June 2026. The care is for me but the carers also assist my wife if they can when they are here. I was fortunate that the carers looking after me l had already known from my previous carers. We had to leave that company as they had forgotton the overall principles of caring. A lot of their staff had also left, some going to Care Together which is why we decided to follow them. And honestly we are so pleased that we did. We get treated and cared for as individuals and they are so keen to ensure that we are looked after properly and that when they leave we are comfortable, clean and tidy. It is so important to me that l feel good and ready for the day ahead or for the night ahead and they work so hard to make sure that when they leave me l am as settled as l need. I am so grateful for their freindly, professional attitude. I hope this can go on like this from now on. Excellent.

The wonderful Pink Ladies. We couldn't manage without them. The whole team have provided both my elderly parents with exceptional care and support over the past few years. My dear Mum passed away a few months ago, but Dad has continued with their visits which have become a very important part of his week. The carers are all so kind, compassionate, respectful, patient and professional. The management are wonderful, always at the end of the phone and always flexible to our changing needs. I would recommend Care Together to anyone looking for support. You wont find anything better.

My mother has been a Care Together client for over 4 years now and I really could not cope without them! As time has gone on, the team has taken on more and more, reducing and sharing the load on me. Although my mum is the client I get a real sense that I am included in the package of care as well and I am actively supported. This is the first time I have had responsibility for an aging parent and I have been supported and guided from the early days when it became apparent that mum needed more help than I could give on my own. The Pink Ladies are wonderful people! Having local people working for local people from a local office is invaluable.

As a family, we have found Care Together an absolute life saver where dealing with my elderly father is concerned, who has Alzheimer's and Dementia. Previously he was finding it difficult to deal with personal care, and was reluctant, to allow a family member to help him. Since engaging with Care Together, he is now willing to engage thanks to the Care Together team who are positive, cheerful and highly professional, which, as a result, has taken the pressure off us as a family.
